Founded in 2015, Brother Thai have built a reputation for their unique Thai Rotis and individual take on classic Thai street food. Our first restaurant opened in 2021 and continues to a bustling home for big authentic Thai flavours.

Our original “Sticky Spicy Beef Roti”, “Thai Fried Chicken Satay bowl” & “Khao Soi Gai Tod”, are some of the loved dishes that people keep coming back for, not forgetting the punchy cocktails like the Lychee Longtime and Tuk Tuk Tequila.

We don’t have a specific kids menu, but we can always rustle up a kids sized meal from any ingredients on the menu.

Guide dogs only. However, we do allow well behaved dogs in our outdoor garden (Cardiff) during the warmer summer months.

Do you have an outdoor garden for dining?2026-03-28T20:53:12-01:00

Cardiff – Yes, we do! It opens during the warmer summer months until 9pm.

Bristol – No outdoor seating at present, but it’s lush inside.

Where can I park?2026-03-29T08:29:41-01:00

Cardiff – there are plenty of on street parking spaces on Whitchurch Road and the surrounding streets.

Bristol – we’re 10mins walk from Cabot Circus, or there is the Malcom X Community Carpark, or hourly on street parking around the surrounding streets. There’s also NCP Bristol St James and Malrborough Car Park 10mins walk nearby.

Is Khao Soi always available?2024-03-28T10:25:09-01:00

We only serve our Khao Soi noodle dish on Sundays. At present, there’s no Vegan/Vegetarian alternative.

We don’t – we are dine in only.
